Philippe Copin and Séverine Cautel have known each other since high school and have shared not only their lives but also their passion for champagne. What began as a childhood sweetheart has blossomed into a lifelong project – a champagne house where every bottle tells a piece of family history. From the first vines Séverine's grandparents sold to Philippe's parents to raising their children, Quentin and Cassandre, Champagne Copin-Cautel exudes solidarity.
