As an eighth-generation winemaker and the first woman to lead her family estate, Agathe has forged her own path. Not a carbon copy of the past, but a champagne that tells its own story. This is how Lavinista was born: elegant, modern, and imbued with French flair.

Each bottle is an ode to aesthetics. The stylish labels, the subtle tricolor detail, the inspiration from the world of luxury perfumes – Lavinista is made to impress. But beauty alone is not enough. Agathe is a Récoltant Manipulant: she produces her champagne entirely herself, from grape to bottle.

The grapes – 70% Chardonnay and 30% Meunier – come from their own plots and are carefully processed in their own cellars in Neuville-sur-Seine, a charming village in the Aube region known for its vibrant wine culture. This complete control guarantees uncompromising quality.

Agathe consciously chooses sustainable viticulture. Lavinista is HVE-certified – a recognized quality label that stands for environmentally friendly cultivation and respect for terroir.
