This champagne bursts with flavors: think juicy strawberries, crisp grapefruit, and a subtle minerality that beautifully rounds it out. Vinified in stainless steel tanks and with 30% reserve wine, its character remains fresh, pure, and balanced.

Malolactic fermentation and lees maturation create a soft mousse and refined structure. After at least 20 months in lattes, this rosé is ready to drink. Perfect as an aperitif, but also excellent with light dishes.
